YOGA Stretch

Restorative class focusing on improving flexibility& mobility. It involves gentle stretches, controlled breathing and mindful movement for the perfect reset.

KAMA Circuit

Structured full body workouts that involve a series of exercise stations in timed intervals and short rests.
