YOGA Stretch
Restorative class focusing on improving flexibility& mobility. It involves gentle stretches, controlled breathing and mindful movement for the perfect reset.

KAMA Circuit
Structured full body workouts that involve a series of exercise stations in timed intervals and short rests.

DanceFit
Low impact dance inspired movements to improve fitness and coordination.

KAMA Sculpt
A powerful sculpt class focusing on booty and core.

KAMA Ignite
Kama Signature performance metabolic class – short bursts/ high energy

Xtreme HIP HOP Step
High energy workout that combines step aerobics and hip hop dance for serious calorie burn. Expect a party like vibe all while building endurance and coordination.
